Game Rules

Game rules are important for keeping the game in shape and running smoothly. We ask all of our users to respect our rules and to follow them. They're only in place to keep the game balanced and to give each user the same conditions as everyone else.

Breaking the rules will resort in getting your account disabled and eventually deleted, it depends on the rule broken and the verdict the admins make. The decisions the admins make are fair to all and should be respected. We do not make one sided decisions to favor any single user or group.

You have the right to ask the admin why your account was disabled and the admin is required to show you proof and give reason for his decision. Simply go to the contact page and submit a message and the admin will respond. Please be patient. Spamming the admin for reasons will make this right void and the case will be closed and no future discussion will take place.

Account Managing

1. Each person is allowed to create one account.
2. You can not create more than one account per computer.
3. No more than two accounts may be created per IP address. (Home/Work connection)
4. The person who creates the account is the only person who may access it.
5. The use of login scripts and/or third party programs that will run and/or maintain your ...account are prohibited.
6. Deleting and recreating your account in an attempt to land in a specific planet or with a ...group of friends is prohibited.
7. Creating an account and 'suiciding' and/or probing for a friend or a person you know is not ...allowed.

Abusing the Game

1. Each user is required and must report any game error, invalid link or spelling error. Any user ...found abusing and/or taking advantage of an error for his own personal use or anyone ...elses will immediatelly be disabled and will not be allowed to retrieve his account. Users can ...report game errors by contacting the game admin or posting in the public forums.
2. You are not allowed to spam the game forums or game admins. Spamming will not be ...tolerated and will be punished with a permanent ban from our servers.
3. We are here to provide a free game for you, please do not abuse our servers by ...overwelming them. This will only affect other users. If you are caught, you will recieve a ...permanent ban.

Language

People of all ages have the right to play this game. Not everyone is used to vulgarity. We have a language filter that is enabled by default when an account is created, and we ask all users to respect it. If you wish to be vulgar, do not mask or alter the word in any way. Type it correctly and the filter will block it out for users that do not wish to see it. You may enable or disable the filter in your preferences.

Images

Each user has the right to express himself through art and pictures. However, each user must respect the gender and age of other users. Images showing profanity, racial or sexual content, discriminating material, drugs, gore or torture are forbidden.
